The following four documents are required for ALL Vida students and must be updated every year.

Transportation Forms
Families must complete and submit the appropriate transportation form prior to each new school year. Transportation forms must be submitted to Vida Charter School, and we will send them to the district. If you are not sure which school district you live in, you may check at this website: Municipal Statistics
