Vida’s Board of Trustees helps lead and govern the school. They make sure the school follows its Charter and stays true to its vision. Board members volunteer several hours each month to make important decisions about things like school safety, policies, student learning, hiring, budgeting, and planning for the future. They meet monthly and also serve on committees like Finance, Academic Excellence, and Governance. Meeting agendas and approved minutes are available on the school website, along with information about the board members. Like all public schools, Vida follows the Sunshine Act, which means meetings are advertised and open to the public. Anyone can attend and speak during public comment.
Committee meetings (Academic Excellence, Finance, and Governance) and Full Board meetings will take place at Vida Charter School in person at Vida Charter School, 120 East Broadway, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
